If case you haven’t heard, MAXIMUM FITNESS is NOTHING like any “gym” you’ve been to before. We pride ourselves on RESULTS & PASSION not memberships.

To achieve results we utilize ALL PRIVATE, Appointment ONLY,Trainer/Coach lead training sessions. These are appointment based can fit around your everyday schedule!

Our most popular program is our MaxFit Boot Camps which we consider Group Personal Training Sessions due to the attention given to each camper. The sessions run 4-5 times per day lasting 45-50 minutes each. Nothing sexiest here…It’s open to both Men and Women.

Many people have asked, “So, why don’t you have an ‘open gym’ so that I can come workout anytime I want?”

The simple answer is… It just doesn’t work! You see, an amazing phenomena happens every year. People find their mojo a couple of days after their New Year’s buzz wears off and they decide to embark on a journey to get back in those skinny jeans from high school but way too often, that newfound fitness motivation fizzles
out before the local gym parking lot has an open parking spot.

The truth is most people, excluding the 1% Firebreathers that live to beat themselves into submission, need someone to make them accountable. Someone to make sure they’re staying the course; eating the right foods, lifting the correct weight and pushing themselves at a high intensity…

Just basically helping them achieve the results they’re looking for, in spite of themselves. We guide and help you overcome ALL obstacles; mental, physical, or otherwise.

We began solely as a Private Personal Training studio, then broadened our services to include group fitness Boot Camps. Recently, we become opened our first CrossFit Affiliate Black Label CrossFit. (http://blacklabelcrossfit.com), which is also a group training environment.

Regardless of our endeavors we have haven’t lost our RESULTS driven focus and until we find a better way, we won’t.
