<p>Dates: January 14 &#8211; Feb 11.</p>
<p>January 7th 10am &#8211; Meeting 1 Pre-Challenge Meeting &#8211; with Grocery Tour</p>
<p>January 14th 10am &#8211; Meeting 2 Challenge Start Meeting &#8211; Measurements / Questions Answered / Etc. 10am</p>
<p>Feb 11th &#8211; Meeting 3 Challenge End Date &#8211; Final Weigh-in &#8211; Winner either announced that day or a couple days later.</p>

<p>- <em>Nutrition Journals and Activity Levels</em> must be sent daily for me to keep up with your progress. Keep in mind the winner will be judged not only on <em>Overall Results</em> but quality of<em> Nutrition Plan</em> and <em>Activity Level</em>.</p>

<p>Is there something you want to do? Something you want to achieve?</p>
<p>If you&#8217;re anything like me then the answer is&#8230;YES of course.</p>
<p>Many times when we want something we never had, we hesitate in taking action<br />
towards it. We procrastinate and we know we do it&#8230;Why!?</p>
<p>Well when it comes to procrastinating, I read somewhere once before that there are only<br />
2 reasons why we do it&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Reason #1 &#8211; We feel over skilled for the task or project. </strong></p>
<p><strong>Reason #2 &#8211; People feel under skilled for the task or project.</strong></p>
<p>When I read that, it really opened my eyes.</p>
<p>I realized that for most people Reason #2 is what grips us from taking action towards our dreams and goals.</p>
<p>Feeling under skilled only means, we do not feel confident in what we are about to do. To sum<br />
it up&#8230;We&#8217;re just scared.</p>
<p>Scared to mess up. Scared to fail. Afraid of how we will look in others<br />
eyes. The list can go on and on&#8230;</p>
<p><em>The only thing we can do to overcome this is to&#8230;Take that First Step.</em> <em>After the first step just step again.</em></p>
<p>You will learn as you go.</p>
<p>I have found the more I step forward the easier stepping becomes. Through practice I become more confident in my steps.</p>
<p><span>Expect</span> to make mistakes because you will.</p>
<p>Just keep stepping and commit to improving on each step&#8230;</p>
<p>Learning is in the journey and Everyday is Practice.</p>
