My journey started in June 2009, my kiddos were the ones that motivated me to start boot camp and I never looked back. I’ve dropped 38lbs – when from a size 14 to size 8 or 6. I’ll be 50 years old next year I love the way I look and feel. I love MaxFit Boot camp! I look at food and even myself in a totally different way now. Kyle love that boy!!! Kyle and the rest of the trainers at Maxfit are awesome they’re your motivators, they really do care for you, dedication and they push you to bring out the best in you!!! I’m hooked on Maxfit….

MaxFit has given me the ability to become healthy from the inside out. Not only was I training by the most caring and dedicated trainer, I learned how to help myself at at a much deeper level. Kyle has led me to dig inside myself to find the desire to be healthy at all levels. MaxFit is a family of people that help one another to strive to be the best and push through the pain fo finding ones true self. Being healthy is far greater than just lifting heavy weights. MaxFit (Kyle) has taught me that!

I will always be grateful to Kyle for giving me a new life. I feel better about the way I look and I no longer am borderline Diabetic or have to take all of that medicine. My cholesterol, blood sugar and triglycerides are now all normal. I have lost over 100lbs also with the help of Kyle and MaxFit! I went from a 48 pants to 36. He changed the way I eat, look and he brought fitness into my life.

When I came to Maximum Fitness I was not sure what to expect. I knew I was not happy or healthy, but I had tried so many different programs in the past without any lasting success. I am so grateful that I was willing to come to that first bootcamp. My life has been completely changed! Kyle and everyone at Maximum Fitness have supported me on this journey in a way I have never experienced before. I have learned how to push myself and go beyond what I thought was possible. I have been able to get down to the real issues that were leading to my unhealthy lifestyle and to make sustainable and lasting life changes. I am a better wife, teacher, friend, and person because of Kyle’s program.
The unique aspect of Maximum Fitness is that you are constantly pushed to grow and progress, but you are also personally supported and motivated every step of the way. Additionally, the support from other bootcampers is invaluable. It is amazing the friendships I have created with people who have similar goals and objectives. I have found a way of life that is infinitely more satisfying and I cannot wait to see what the future will hold!

I’ve been on every “diet” there is and I’d lose weight but always gain it back plus more. I had never learned how to eat healthy and exercise. Kyle had tried to get me to work out for years but I just didn’t think I could. Because of all the extra weight, my knees hurt all the time, I had no energy and I had problems with my feet and back.
Since starting I’ve lost 57 lbs. and am healthier and stronger than I’ve ever been. I did personal training with Kyle for 3 mths, he had doubts that I would ever be able to do Boot Camp but I started that June and have been doing it ever since.
All of my aches and pains are gone, I have tons of energy and I tons of confidence in myself! I went from wearing 16 and 18′s to wearing 8 and 10′s. I can’t remember ever wearing a 8. So if your thinking you can’t do it, please think of me. If I can do it, believe me, anybody can do it.
